Tyler Anderson knows how to take care of customers! Drove up to my 1:00 pm appointment and was greeted rudely by one of the red shirt employees asking me who my service advisor was. I told him I scheduled online days ago and it didn't matter to me. He said you have an appointment and you don't know who with and didn't proceed until I found out. So, I had to scroll thru my emails to find out it was Tyler, who was not at his desk, b/c he was helping another customer. Red shirt guy told me to just wait in the room, nicely, until he comes back. Finally saw someone approach my car, so I went out to tell him it was my car. Tyler asked me who helped me, I didn't catch red shirts name, but told him what happened. Tyler apologized for their behavior and told me the service I was scheduled to have and time to completion . I had my 2 year old asleep in my arms, waited 1.5 hours for my service, Tyler came to find me gave me a discount because of everything without me complaining or anything! That is how you become successful and make a name for yourself Tyler! I hope management sees this and properly recognizes you! In a competitive market place, customer service is where companies make it or break it and you went above and beyond by recognizing what went wrong and rectifying the situations without having to be told!
