Tim Tran - Service Advisor and Peter Fraser - Technician are excellent. They explain everything, work is done promptly and well. They are the best I have dealt with in more than 60 years of owning vehicles.

My 2010 Honda Odyssey had an unusual occurrence - rubber trim around my sliding back doors was melting (bad enough on the driver’s side that part of it was dangling down). I also needed 50,000 mile maintenance. I didn’t have to wait long for a driver to bring me home. My appointment was at 10:00. The work was completed by 1:00. A driver came for me and I picked up my car by 2:00. Everything was done very well and timely. I’ve had the same service advisor, Kelvin Jones, for about 11 years. He is always reliable and sees that my car needs are taken care of.

I called immediately when I heard about my re-call. Rusty, always an excellent person to speak with, informed me that the parts were not in yet and that they would inform when they arrived. I got the call was asked to speak with a service manager and I was expedited quickly... The only negative part of the experience was that my driver side door trim was pulled out when I got it back. When I called Rusty apologized and told me to bring it in and it would be fixed immediately... I live 30 miles from this dealership and pass others on my way in, but, they are the best so I make the trip. I’ve service both my Honda’s here and will be purchasing my 3rd Honda from them in November when my lease is up.
