Sergio, my service adviser, gave me excellent customer service. He explained what repairs were being done to my 2011 Honda CRV and made sure he kept me informed as it was being worked on. I bought my car there and I've been having any maintenance done at this location. I've always received excellent customer service. Will continue to return for maintenance and will probably buy my next Honda from David McDavid in Frisco.

We liked working with the people at McDavid/Frisco and we're very happy with my new car! Some of our sales representatives were quite new on the job, but they worked hard and got help as needed. We felt like we got a good deal, were not pressured about anything, and were able to negotiate on a few items. Our only complaint was that it took a long time every time someone went to fetch someone else, either a supervisor or someone in a different department. The long waits accumulated; we ended up spending more than four hours.
