My gear shift button broke off so I made an appointment to have it fixed. They originally told me I would need to leave the car for a couple of hours. When I arrived in the service bay, they told me it would only take 20 minutes and would be serviced right away. I was super excited that is all it took 20 minutes later I was out the door. Since purchasing my Honda Pilot in 2004, at McDavid, I have had my car regularly serviced with them, including all maintenance and repairs. I can't say enough positive things about the way they have taken care of my 15 year old car needs but the overall way their maintenance department treats you. I am a widowed female who depends on McDavid to keep my car in good shape and they have totally done that. I have had several service advisers throughout the years and they have all been great, but for the past 8 years I have been so pleased with having the same adviser, (TH), who knows the history of my car, and explains what needs to be done. He is professional yet he treats me like family, answering all my concerns. Honestly, dealing with McDavid all these years has made me feel secure in knowing that I can depend on them and not worry about my car needs. I have gotten 77,000 miles out of my Pilot, which I'm told, that its just getting broken in, but after all these years, my needs have changed and I'm considering how sweet it would be to drive a compact CRV with all the new features. I will definitely continue to give my business to McDavid, in Frisco, Texas.
