From the moment I drove into the Service Bay, I knew I was in "good hands." Ava was friendly and after my sharing specific service needs, she had listened attentively and repeated my list of "things" to be accomplished. When I asked time frame she gave me an estimate and I opted to wait. She ushered me to the waiting area and said she would check back with me. She kept me informed several times during my wait and always with a big smile! When I looked at my watch....she had estimated my wait time almost to the minute! Was I impressed? Yes, of course. Ava is an asset to your Service Department!

Our service rep was great. He got our car back in time for our trip, was helpful when we needed a loaner car for a day or two, and was helpful in letting us know in time to get our car fixed with an additional problem and still get our car back in time.

We received great attention from our McDavid used car salesman Moe. We drove several models of 2016 Civic's, before deciding which one we would buy. The dealership did a good job of fixing several items on the car before we picked the car up.
