I have gotten my car serviced at McDavid Honda in Frisco since I moved to the Dallas area and you guys have always been professional and courteous. I know that you put a lot of focus on customer service because I see everytime I visit. Thank you for your dedicated support to Honda customers like myself. My nice vehicle would be another Honda.

The part I appreciated the most of my visit was how I was able to schedule my service the last minute. For some reason, I've always thought the services at dealerships close at an early time like 5-6pm, but I was able to schedule my visit 30min prior to my appointment time, and still make it without any issues. My car was serviced as needed (oil change), and they also found a few other items that I needed to get looked at.

After spending the day trying to recreate the problem, it was finally identified at 4 pm; despite the late time, they were still able to get it fixed and to me by 7:30. That's great service.

My appointment was handled professionally from start to finish. TY

The proposed accessories were ordered and installed in a timely manner. We took our new Pilot (Tucker)to Florida and it was a perfect trip. The new cd player was excellent, although it took us a while to figure out how to juggle phone, cd player, navigation and what all. So many toys! The only annoying thing is that we do not know where the compass is. I nee a compass at all times, not just when I have the navigation on. I was told at the time of purchase that the vehicle did indeed have a compass. Where is it displayed? This vehicle does no much to keep us comfortable and safe. We are quite dazzled by all we have discovered and we know there is so much more to learn. Your people are so gracious and helpful We and our car could not be in better hands.

I did not have appointment and was going out of time. My oil change was done quickly to meet my requirement.
