Very professional services, and the customer service is also wonderful. I will come back to maintain my car at regular basis.

My service advisor, Eric, did a great job with keeping me informed. There were quite a few people waiting, but he found me in the crowd to update me. When I arrived, I was greeted immediately and my service advisor was notified. My car also got washed, which I appreciate. Thank you for good service.

My car was serviced and the tires rotated. I was not pushed to buy new tires until next oil change, which I appreciated. I liked how the tread was demonstrated too and the icing on the cake was it car was washed. Thanks.

I would give it 4 STARs...while not excellent, it was certainly very good. I have used this dealership for several problems with this Honda Pilot 2014...which has been a disappointment after driving Honda Accords since early 80's as my second car...never had to see the inside of a dealership. So, I could not tell you how dissatisfied we have been with the dealerships maintenance departments in Texarkana, Tyler, and Longview. We are very happy to have found the David McDavid for the multiple problems we have had with this Pilot from the beginning. So, now I know the service departments of Honda, judging by 3 out of the 4 we used in three other towns, are not up to par of the quality of Honda Accords. This first Pilot being a lemon, I shall probably not buy another.
