The online sales agent, Carl Scott listened to what I was looking for and responded effectively. The finance person also was efficient and did not make us wait in his office any longer than it had to be. Overall experience was very good.

I brought my accord in for an oil change and tire rotation on 1/12/19. My service advisor, Dylan, is always so friendly and helpful. Today while I was driving my tire pressure light came on. I double checked on my paperwork and it said that my tire pressure was adjusted on Saturday, so there shouldn’t be an issue with my tire pressure now. Now I need to make another appt to deal with this because I’ve stopped and added air to my tires and my light is still on. My tires are brand new from back in September and haven’t given me an issue until now.

The service was great. Dropped it off late in the day and it was done before you closed. Unfortunately, this Odyssey seems to be a bit of a lemon and not up to the usual Honda standards
