I am always pleased with my advisor, Timmy Tran. Very sincere and honest and keeps me abreast of my needs. I am very fortunate to have Timmy and McDavid is fortunate to have an employee who has excellent customer skills.

I dealt with Nick Searcy, first by email where he responded promptly, then in person. I came in after work on an ugly rainy evening, and he got me taken care of and had a great attitude about it.He didn't seem in a hurry to get out or rush me at all, and wanted to make sure we had a price i was comfortable with. So we agreed upon a price, and since i was a late customer (i believe the last one of the day) the detailing guys were already gone. So Nick made sure to tell me that he owed me a detailing, and to call him to get an appt to get it done. Which i didn't expect, because the Civic EX already looked great. Overall positive experience.

Great experience overall. I really liked the online approval process for additional recommended work. I spend a lot of time in meetings at work so it is difficult to take a call to discuss. I liked being able to read through and approve. Also texting my service advisor is extremely helpful.
