I was able to squeeze in a last minute appointment on a very busy day. My service guy Scott was a really good dude. Honored a coupon the dealership sent to my dad, and had me in and out quickly even though he was obviously extremely busy. When I went in the next day to help Dad pick up his car, Scott stopped by and hung out for a bit. Even though our business was done, he still wanted to chat for a bit. Really made me feel welcome. Well done. Scott should be commended for his professionalism and suoerb customer service chops.

This is the second time I am visiting McDavid after I moved from NJ to TX. I am happy that my vehicle is in good hands. Only thing I feel as a scope of improvement is the wait time. I generally wait for the service to be complete and pick up the car. It would be nice if we can get the services done in less than two hours(had to wait for close to 3-4 hours ..

I went here for oil change and tire rotation. Saved done dollars with their year-end coupon. Great place to wait while they are servicing. Lots of facilities. But oil change and tire rotation took longer 2.15 hours. than 1 hr.
