Good experience from the beginning of service to the end

Judith Deems was excellent from start to finish with my visit. She provided adequate info to help me make the proper decisions with my service visit. Had great follow up and was very approachable with every question i had. I will return and use her as my service tech assistant going forward.

The service team is quick, responsive and made the trip a smooth and good experience one.

The only reason I gave a 4 is due to paper mat and other service related items left in the car for me to throw out. Otherwise bgreat service and appreciate the Lyft pickup.

Scott took very good care of us, and got a lot of different items on our car fixed in a record amount of time for a busy Saturday.

Judie was awesome.

Service is good but not exceptional. Wait time in more and comparatively not best in-terms of money.
