A service advisor was prompt in coming to my car when I arrived. My usual advisor was not in yet but Victor Sequra took care of scheduling needed service. He informed me of additional suggested service, was clear but not pushy.. I waited for my car and was taken care of quickly and efficiently. A+ service!
