I took my car in for an oil change it didn’t take very long.

My appointment was scheduled for 11:30 AM, and I arrived early at 10:40 AM CST. The service requested was only an oil change and a routine inspection. I was informed that all work was completed by 12:40 PM CST.However, I was disappointed with a few aspects of the experience:I did not receive my vehicle until 2:00 PM CST, even after several follow-ups.The vehicle was returned without an interior or exterior wash.
