Tony Barcelo made sure there was a loaner car for me when I had my car towed there to have it repaired. He also kept in touch with me regarding the repairs needed. I was very stressed about how I was going to get to work the next day. My experience this time was 100% better than my previous one. Suggested maintenance was covered under new car purchase agreement. I recv’d txt requesting approval for filter replacements and charges. Reviewed coverage with service advisor, and replacement was done without additional fees.
