I was greeted as soon as I entered the building. i was interested in a 2019 Civic Sport that i found using a mobile phone web search. My sales contact was Omarea. he brought the car to the front parking lot. The car was for my daughter. She had the chance to test drive the vehicle. We went back to the sales area and made the commitment to purchase the car. We needed a day to get the down payment and insurance coverage. The car had a recall item that was fixed within a day. My daughter had to work the following day. We arrived as scheduled the second day. We met with the salesman, the manager and a rep in finance. The process was completed within 1 1/2 hours. My daughter drove the car off of the parking lot and she has been happy with the Civic Sport since the initial test drive. The whole process was pleasant.
