I was not pleased that my HONDA Pilot, that was less than a year old had to be towed into the dealership! I had a horrendous experience with the roadside assistance representative on the phone. It left me angry and very upset. Thank goodness that my experience with Victor was completely the opposite. Victor was very helpful from minute one, and took care of everything. He had a loaner ready for me and provided great communication as my car’s issue was diagnosed and ultimately repaired. I do expect excellent service and that is what I received. I would expect Honda to offer some explanation to me personally as to why I would have such a major breakdown on a pilot with less than 4000 miles on it. Very disappointed.
