Tad was great, he was ready for my car's service as soon as I pulled up and handed off the keys. His estimate of the time it would take for my service was spot on and I was out within an hour. He even made the service free since it was my first time back to the dealership with my car.

Even though I didn’t have an appointment, the oil change was completed quickly. My service advisor kept me abreast of the process. There was additional services that were recommended and I wasn’t pressured to complete them at this time. The completed service was a good value.
