service was fast and easy and keept me up to date on the progress of the car

This was my first experience in service. Most went fine, but I had great expectations of the car wash! Not only did my car not get washed but there was writing all over my windshield with marker. My car actually left dirtier than it came in. I didn’t have time to wait at that point.
