It was a good experience. I hadn’t bought a car in over 14 years & was worried about the process. But it was pleasant from beginning to end. Everyone was nice & helpful. I don’t have anything bad to say.

I came for an oil change and since the wait was pretty long (right before a holiday weekend) the Service Rep offered the Lyft car service at no charge to me. The timeliness of the Lyft ride was impressive. I also liked the text message informing me of other services recommended with the ability to approve or postpone. The service and customer care will keep me coming back to McDavid Frisco for maintenance on my 2018 CRV!
