The service was great. The tech kept me updated as to the progress of the work being done. I waited in the lounge area and it was quite comfortable as I was there about 5 hours. I am satisfied with the work that was done.

Routine services. It's disappointing that the shuttle is no longer available. The shuttle vans were always so clean and the drivers were friendly. The Lyft drivers were awful, cars smelled terrible, dirty. I had to bring my daughter with me and didn't know about the shuttles being gone before hand. I'll have to get a sitter next time I need to schedule a service.

I went in for just a State inspection. They were extremely busy and I expected about a 2 - 3 hour wait, but I was in and out in just over an hour.
