Came in pretty late for a basic service. Asked for service and tire rotation, no wash just as quick as possible. Service advisor had me in and out in about an hour. Very pleased.

I didn’t buy my Honda at this dealership, but i take it here for service because it’s close to my work. Tim Tran has been my service advisor several times - he is Awesome! Nice, courteous and attentive. Gives me a breakdown on anything needed and the cost - doesn’t try to push unnecessary service. It’s because of his great service that I continue to take my car there. I might even buy my next Honda from David McDavid ! Thanks for being awesome, Tim !

The battery that was installed 18 months ago was losing its charge and had barely enough "juice" to start my C-RV. I scheduled an appointment and was seen 2 hours from the time I called. The service process was quick and organized and, after an inspection, a new battery was installed, free of charge. The total elapsed time to complete the process was less than an hour. I couldn't ask for better service. Thank you.
