It would be nice if all questions could be asked at one car side visit rather than the back and forth from car to desk. Also rather than having to wait for the assigned service rep letting the next available rep assist the customer it would speed things up a bit.

My service advisor is Tad Hutchinson and he has such a great handle of what a car might need and delivers amazing service. He is a good reason why we come back.
