I would said it was bumpy, not to my expectations but it turn out very well at the end after I pointed out my concerns the advisor stood up and did the right thing! Advisor service and resolution was great, the issue was on the technician side.

I made the appointment online for the first time and had a great experience. The team are very helpful and great customer service

Car battery was bad that I need replacement under warranty. I was asked to drive the car to the dealer shop, but it turned out that I still had to install the battery myself, Otherwise I would be charged for labor. It was confusing but overall the business was taking care.

Mike Myers was awesome . I did have to stay the whole day because of the recall work and other problems identified . But Mike kept checking on me and gave me regular updates. It did not help that I had a a bad cold . My only disappointing experience was the pop corn machine was busted . I don't feel I have had a great service without that pop corn :-)

The service advisor is always friendly. He listens carefully, makes notes, asks questions, and tells me the actions that will be taken. He gives progress updates and changes in actions being taken. Recommendations are suggested, as is the offer to "call if you need anything."
