When looking for my new car,I looked at several dealerships. This one by far was the easiest to deal with. I used to be a Ford customer so I wanted to try out several of the Honda cars. Hany was polite,listened to what I wanted and didn’t try to deter me from test driving multiple cars to determine what I wanted. The finance manager introduced himself pretty soon after I started to talk to Hany and checked thru out the process. He wasn’t overbearing but he didn’t ignore me either. Once the car was picked out, my trade in appraisal was completed relatively quickly. The offer was comparable to what Kelly blue book shows as value. The final finance guy was easy to work with answered my questions and didn’t pressure me when I wanted to read the documentation before I signed it. I was upfront,clear and consice with what I wanted and Any financial issues I had. The dealership was also upfront and clear . I have to say since I moved to Tx 4 years ago, this is the best experience I have had with a dealership. Thank you

Service advisor was prompt, friendly, & kept me updated throughout the process. WiFi worked great so I was able to work while I waited. The work was completed much sooner than expected.

Derrick was terrific to work with. I called with a dead car battery, he got me right in, had a loaner available and a few hours later everything was taken care of and i was able to return the loaner. The service at McDavid Honda far surpasses that of McDavid Acura, as i have gone there for years. Sorry to hear that Chris freeze has gone but Derick was outstanding and i appreciate his patience and his great communication with me

It was the easiest car buying experience that I’ve ever had. Salesman just asked me if you questions about my needs and wants for the car and were able to narrow down my selection with my desire for the payment. As not fun as it sounds they surely made it a enjoyable experience. From walking in the door to getting in the car driving away what is a seamless and exciting experience. I will continue to buy from this dealership for the experience that they haven’t given me for the past six cars that I’ve purchased from them and continue to recommend them to friends and family which I think now total of 18 cars total. Other car manufactures might come out with more attractive or even better looking vehicles at my entice me but nothing can replace experience that I get at McDavid Honda and with JP Kinman. In a couple years when everyone is buying cars after VR headsets and having them delivered by drones, I still will be taking time out of my day to walk into the show room be pleasantly greeted and have a great experiencing buying another car with this dealership.
