Excellent customer service

Got checked in relatively quickly with my appointment. Everyone was very friendly and informative. Mike Meyers went beyond to check on some needed work for our van. The wait was a bit long with my 2 year old. But after 2 1/2 hours waiting and some popcorn we were offered a loaner while the remaining work was completed (this was diagnosed while we were there). The loaner car was much appreciated because I needed to pick up older children . We were told 1 1/2- 2 hours wait time on the work we initially came in for. Some additional time was needed to work out some warranty issues, which I appreciated Mike taking the time to look into.

My experience at this dealership, David McDavid Honda Frisco, was warm and friendly as well as professional and with a class of family!!! It was well managed with time and condiments for your enjoyment! Wow what a magnificent way to start your day and walk away with a clean car!!!
