Paul Smith, the USAA representative, took excellent care of me and my Honda Accord. I needed the windshield replaced due to rock damage. He provided me with a quote, ordered the parts, got me scheduled in and my car was ready at the time promised, all installed and camera calibrated. Easy-Peasy! Will keep bringing my Accord and my CR-V in the future for all my collision repairs. Thanks, again, Paul, for a smooth and painless experience!

My service manager is Mike Meyers and as always, Mike tells me what I need done that day and what we need to do on y next visit. Mike is always friendly and very professional. I had a B 1 service done and it was completed earlier than what I was told. Early is always good.
