The visit was very pleasant. I did not feel pressured and I felt James spent a great deal of time with us even though we made it very clear we were NOT going to buy any vehicles. We were only window shopping. Of course, we did end up buying which is a testament to how good a job James did. It was a great experience and I usually HATE the car buying experience.
