Masud is great, he knows exactly what we need and was very patient in showing us multiple options and explaining the process.

It was good talking to an associate in details but would suggest finance team should be more communicative and transparent about loans and interests before finalizing anything with customer.

steve harris was both considerate as well as professional. no pressure just informative of the features of the models that i considered.
