My battery is replaced in Honda CRV 2025 and since the replacement, it’s making noise. I have brought the car multiple times but everytime I am told that there is no issue. I was able to prove the noise by driving other car but Dylan simply chose to ignore it. Now Dylan has asked me to contact Honda customer service. I called them and they said if the battery is making noise then it can be replaced because it’s still under warranty. Not sure why Dylan is not agreeing to help and replace the battery. Honda as asked me to try other dealership. This is not what I was expectig. This is a new car and I expect Honda technician to help me.

He was very transparent throughout the whole process, and he helped me to come to a decision and make the purchase while I was short on time. My previous vehicle had been totaled in an accident, so I was on a very tight schedule to get a new vehicle, and David helped me find a vehicle I love in that short window of time. He is an excellent salesman and I am very glad that I could give him by business.
