Our sales representative was Mr. Robert Kitner and he was/is an exceptional representative of the David McDavid brand. He is extremely customer centric and demonstrates a great amount of technical expertise specific to the vehicle.

The visit was very pleasant. I did not feel pressured and I felt James spent a great deal of time with us even though we made it very clear we were NOT going to buy any vehicles. We were only window shopping. Of course, we did end up buying which is a testament to how good a job James did. It was a great experience and I usually HATE the car buying experience.
