I was told the finance person would meet with me in about 15 minutes, but I ended up waiting two hours to finalize the transaction. When I finally met with him, he came across as entitled and could benefit from customer service training. Additionally, I had paid a $1,000 deposit two days earlier, and he was unaware of it, stating that I owed the full amount.
