My experience in Mcdavid is good, and sales person Fahad is so experienced and helpful, he guide us difference inbetween the civic models and Honda accord as well, he is so knowledgeable and highly recommended,But the branch manager was Michael Baker was so rude and and treat us badly, you don’t want lower the price that’s fine, but why you are so rude and treated badly the customers, he insult with his bad attitude in front of my family, we are their to buy car, he have no right at all to insult us, he can say politely that he can not lower the price that’s it, it’s seems we are asking and begging a free car from him, so rude and disappointed person,I almost left from Dearler shop but due to Fahad good attitude and best behavior, hospitality and the time we spent we decide to buy the car due to his nice attitude, and we bought the car.I strongly recommend that manager need a lot public dealing trading he have no right at all to be rude , moody or showing his attitude which really affect Mcdavid business and we have a lot other opportunities around your deal shop May be couple of hundred more but with repect
