There was no pressure to buy or upgrade anything. From the greeting all the way through finance and delivery, everyone was welcoming and friendly and honest. I have left dealers before for lack of honesty or just just a feeling that their ethics are questionable. I never felt that way in the dealership. It was a great buying experience.

I walked into McDavid with the intent to buy a Honda Passport at either your dealership or Auto Nation in Lewisville. Terrance Mayberry single-handedly made the sale gor McDavid but making the whole process as seamless as possible so that I didn't even want to go to Auto Nation. The gentleman in Finance, forgive me for forgetting his name, also provided great assistance in making the whole process seamless.
