I walked into McDavid with the intent to buy a Honda Passport at either your dealership or Auto Nation in Lewisville. Terrance Mayberry single-handedly made the sale gor McDavid but making the whole process as seamless as possible so that I didn't even want to go to Auto Nation. The gentleman in Finance, forgive me for forgetting his name, also provided great assistance in making the whole process seamless.

Sales advisor Darian Rivera got me what I wanted in vehicle. Was very presentable.One of the things I'm most annoyed about after purchase of vehicle was before I purchased a vehicle, I got zero sale calls on my cell phone. After I purchased vehicle, I started getting 10 calls a day. Calls about warranty of my vehicle, letters in mail to activate coverage. So forth. Plus, a lot of other annoying calls that continue two months later. How did these people know I purchased a vehicle unless you all made my phone number public? Please, if you can, remove my phone number from public view. Ugghhhhhh....... so f***ing annoying.Removing one star for the above annoyance.Please contact me to remove my phone number from public view.craigkunkel@me.com

Our experience with Sam was wonderful. One of his managers though, not so much. The dealership failed to see that there were obvious scratches and paint chips on the front of the vehicle. We bought it before closing and Luckily we took a photo before we left the dealership. We didn’t see it before we drove off because it was so dark outside, but when we took it home into our garage in the light, we saw the paint chips and scratches. One of the managers accused us of knowing about the scratches but not bringing it to their attention. Why in the world would we want a NEW car with scratches and paint chips??? It makes no sense. This is why I’d say our experience wasn’t great with this part of the staff and experience. Sam had no fault in it, but the managers here need to be retrained on customer service. No one would buy a new car knowing it has problems. They failed to disclose it to us, and being accused of knowing about it is ridiculous. The finance manager needs a lesson or two on how to speak with customers!!

i had a phenomenal car buying experience with micheal kennedy jr. he went above and beyond as i traded in a hail damaged 2014 pilot. michael is a high integrity young man and a joy to work with. i bought a 2024 honda pilot and will buy my next honda from you next time too. it was a low stress and easy experience. at the dealership several sales guys said hello to myself and my son, smiling helpful staff. i would recommend david mcdavid and michael kennedy and hope michael is promoted soon. he deserves it.i also had a good experience with christina bernd in finance, she is professional and she was patient with me as i decided not to get additional coverage.truly an exceptional car buying experience! thank you michael kennedy and christina bernd.kind regards,- kimberly autry
