i was able to drop the car off before work and pick it up on my lunch break. no problems. the service provided was good. only improvement i could think of would be a more streamlined way to get to and from the dealership - for example, my chevy dealer arranges complimentary lyft rides. i know that there is a shuttle service, but i did not have the time to see how it works.
