Diagnosed two issues incorrectly with my vehicle. Service advisor did not even make an attempt to work with my 3rd party warranty company

I’m always pleased with the service I get at David Mc in Frisco. This time the service did start off a bit shaky, as I sat in the service lane for at least 10 minutes. I’ll chalked it up to pre-holiday busyness. That being said, my checkout was 1st rate. Jasper Jackson was fantastic! His courtesy and great sense of humor were greatly appreciated. Hopefully, Jasper will still be David Mc the next time my CRV needs servicing; I will always request that he be my service advisor.
