I’m disappointed with my service experience. The appointment was scheduled with an estimated completion time of two hours, but my car was not attended to within that promised timeframe. It appeared that the service department had overbooked appointments, and the service advisor was so busy that I had to repeatedly check on the status of my own vehicle.Once the service was completed, the valet team was unable to locate my key because it had been misplaced, which delayed my departure by an additional 15 minutes.Management should review appointment scheduling and staffing levels to avoid overbooking and ensure customers receive timely updates. Better coordination between the service advisor and valet teams would have made this a much smoother experience.My service recall indicator is still on in the Honda app.
