All good, no issues

I was given an estimate of 2 hours and after 3 hours there were no updates. The last update online was “arrived” after 3 hours. When the car was returned to me only the sides of the car was washed, not the front or the back. It seems like better quality of service could be provided and only minimal effort was given.

Technical service was great. When I arrived to pickUp my car, there wasn’t anyone on the right side to help me and other customer. At least that’s what we thought. A few moments later, a lady stood up and walked out to the other side. Now at this moment, the lady and I are scratching our heads wondering why the lady did not acknowledge us and say hello, someone will be right with you. I stray, she looked at both of us and walked out. I made my advisor aware and she made an excuse for the lady and said she doesn’t work for David McDavid. She should have been focused on how the incident impacted me. I’ve purchased two cars from David McDavid however I can take my money elsewhere if I get treatment like that. At this point I’m upset and asked my advisor how much do I owe so I could leave immediately. This is 2026 and I refuse to spend my money where I’m not treated or respected.
