I had a disappointing experience at this dealership. I felt talked down to and dismissed, as if I didn’t understand what was wrong with my own car. I was also told they contacted my warranty and that the issue wasn’t covered. After I called the warranty company myself, I was told it was covered. This felt misleading and incredibly frustrating. I expect honesty and respect from a service department, regardless of gender.

Gabby, Was one of the best customers service rep that we have had. She was very knowledgeable and communicative every step of the way!

My advisor was great 5 out of 5 stars. He told we what to expect and provided timely updates.
