I had a disappointing experience at this dealership. I felt talked down to and dismissed, as if I didn’t understand what was wrong with my own car. I was also told they contacted my warranty and that the issue wasn’t covered. After I called the warranty company myself, I was told it was covered. This felt misleading and incredibly frustrating. I expect honesty and respect from a service department, regardless of gender.
