I replace the starter. I replaced the shocks iron place is pretty much everything that you guys told me to fix in the car. It still has the same message so in my opinion, you guys did not figure out what is going on. I probably not coming back to you guys anymore.

It was nice, though I went without any prior appointment but was treated nicely and within an hour or so I got the job done. So for me it was great.

It is a worst experience as no value given to the customers time unlimited spots opened for the week end ,I waited more than for a simpleton change ,A road sude body shop can do better job than your guys ,I don’t have a other Honda service company near by other wise I would not come to your shop at all in the rest my life ,as per me you guys are just playing pure mi ey game

I brought in my recently purchased odessey that was making some noises. I had an appointment one day, but it was rainy so they wanted me to come back the next day.That first day, I had to wait 30 minutes in the bay because other cars were in front of me and I wasn't able to leave quickly. it was really frustrating because when I was actually able to pull out, they moved a car in front of me for some reason and so I had to stay there for another five minutes.I know that the service person just told me to leave, but they could've helped me instead of wasting 30 minutes of my timeThe next day I came back to get the work done and I was there for quite a while and they had a hard time replicating the noise.They said they figured it out, but the noise still remains actually it seems worse nowI haven't had time, but I was gonna bring it in there or to another dealership to see if we could figure out why things are squeaking in the brand new Odyssey
