Arrived for my appointment and had to wait an additional 30 minutes to speak with a service advisor while I watched cars that came in after me be processed first.

The service from the representative was great. I always ask for Tyler. He’s nice, super responsive, and really what you want in a customer service representative.While I was there getting my car worked on for the second week in a row for something that was just fixed the week before, he was empathetic and made feel like it would be a priority to get it looked at first thing.He ensured it was covered under warranty without me asking and had me ready to go in a jiffy while taking care of a recall for me as well.Though, it was the second weekend in a row, the constant updates, speed at which it was completed, and customer service I got made it a overall excellent experience.
