Kelvin was confused about which Bay my vehicle was parked in, even after I pointed it out to him several times. I told him that my mechanic had indicated that the engine oil smelled like gasoline. He smelled it and agreed but when I asked what caused it he said they don't know but it's on record with Honda in case something happens.

I have done a lot business at this location David mcdavid in Frisco. I trust their customer service. They proved that they can fix anything, even tough it was pretty difficult to find out what was wrong with my 10 years old Honda Odyssey .I really appreciate involvement of the Servise advisor Tim Tran. He kept me informed all the time and answered all my text messages.
