Susan was very attentive. She explained the process and gave me a few options to review. I can appreciate the printout I received after my service. This allowed me to thoroughly review everything and decide my next steps regarding car repairs. I will definitely request her upon me coming back to begin services.

My overall experience was great! I have no complaints on the service provided from the technician or my service advisor. Tyler Jordan is awesome! He works hard, keeps busy, and makes sure that I'm comfortable during the wait.During this visit, I scheduled a 10:30 appointment, but my car was not pulled for 2 hours while I sat in the waiting area. I was told that the shop was full and slightly backed up. As a former service advisor, I could understand. What I don't understand is why customers are being scheduled if this is a known issue. If my car would not be serviced for two hours, my appointment window should reflect that. I would have gladly scheduled at 12:00 (assuming it meant my car would be pulled within 30 minutes of the scheduled time). My total time at the dealer was over 4 hours waiting for 3 tires and an alignment. This is not okay. Knowing that I could drive down the street and have new tires in under 45 minutes makes this unacceptable from a reputable Honda dealer's leadership.Again, my service advisor and tech did an amazing job with their service and work!

My service advisor was Tyler Ellis. I’ve come to the dealership to have my vehicles serviced several times in the past 3 years. I experienced long wait times and poor communication.Tyler did a great job managing expectations and communicating clearly through the process. Thanks, Tyler. Will see you next time.

Walked in for the state inspection to seamless with almost no wait time. Understood the situation while I have was having a rush for my office. Took care of my schedule to get me out of outdoor quickly.
