Long wait for simple service

Oil change and tire rotarion was done and completed when promised

Always bring my car back to this dealership for service. Have always had good results. However, on this visit after going home and reading the receipt, a new battery was installed and the old one was under warranty yet I was charged for it. I returned to the dealership and talked with Kelvin Jones who agreed and said he would have it corrected. I am waiting for the refund.

After 3 days of picking up my car I turned on the AC after they changed filters etc and there’s a loud noise coming from inside the car. I can’t even use the ac right now. I’m very upset! It’s so inconvenient to have to come back to get this liked at. Not Right!!
