Overall it was an okay experience, the information that is listed on your website is different than what I was told during check-in. Express service needs an appointment but on the website it states no appointment is necessary. That rubbed me the wrong way from the start but I needed an oil change. Secondly, since I didn't think I needed an appointment and I showed up without one, it took nearly 3 hours for me to get an oil change. Not unacceptable but definitely inconvenient.

Price match restrictions made me bring my business elsewhere. Autonation Honda Lewisville has good deals that your shop will not match. I did get my oil change and state inspection in Frisco but it took too long, even with an appointment.

It was fine. Everyone was pleasant. They dropped the keys in the back seat floor instead of the cup so it took awhile to find my keys but other than that it was fine. Tim was very professional
