Wheel problems could have been proactively identified, i get a feeling i hav been charged hefty, over 2 different bills and issue is not solved yet with vibration issue.

I thought the wait time was very acceptable. It would be great if you put signs up to not have phones on speaker. Have them maybe on each little table. For at least 40 minutes I listened to some preacher. I will remember to put my noise cancelling air pods on next visit. 😂

We were told we would not have to pay for oil change but it was $88.! They washed the car without asking. My car is black so washing without toweling it off leaves big spots!

Sergio is awesome and managed to get me in in the morning.. he is a 5. I would give it a 5 star but someone took my glass cross that I keep on my car under the radio. Been there for over 10 years.Nobody knows where it went after I dropped my car off. It’s not worth a lot monetarily, but it was gifted to me so it means a lot to me
