Check in of vehicles dropped off evening before for 7a scheduled appointment seemed haphazard. Our vehicle was not attended to until mid-morning. We thought getting it there early (night before) would expedite the check in . Doesn’t seem to be the case

The service advisor Tim never reached out to introduce himself. We had to reach out to him multiple times.I do love that there is a drop off and the automation notifications but personal advisor wasn't appealing.
