Egregious charge for check engine diagnostic ($200!?!) for a service offered for free elsewhere.Was promised shop credit on prior visit for poorly repaired axel, was not applied to bill.

I am simply trying to get two working key fobs from David McDavid of Frisco. However, it seems impossible to do this. It’s been going on for several months, and is incredibly frustrating.

My visit at Honda Frisco was awesome! It was a nearly 3 hour wait, but my service advisor made sure that I had everything I needed, and he kept me informed every step of the way while I waited. He asked if I needed anything to eat or if I was interested in a complimentary water or espresso. Tyler J. really takes great care of his customers and their vehicle needs!
