Gaby has been very helpful. Her in depth knowledge in the issues I have discussed with her helped me in making the right decision. Gaby was extremely helpful even after billing to help apply my coupons.

They say Sewell has impeccable service and would say Honda is slightly better. My service advisor Melanie Flowers was the best. She kept me informed all along the way which I appreciated that little detail. Only thing I could say was the expensive service labor rate was extremely high for a senior citizen. The car runs great now.

The service advisor Kevin did not do well in taking care of my service.The service advisor did not follow up on the service, did not verify with me on the findings and discuss about the possible fixes. On top of that when I went to ask him about the service status, he kept ignoring. I also requested for an ETA as I had to be somewhere else after my service. But his ETA was not even realistic. I ended up canceling my Follow up items that I had planned for the day.
