This is no the first car I buy from David Mc David my payment history is wonderful and so is my credit score and still didn’t get a good deal, salesman and financial don’t really understand I feel like I could’ve done better going somewhere else!!! I his will definitely will be my last purchase with David Mc David.

My experience was not that good. I dropped off my car on Friday and was supposed to pickup on Saturday. The oil change service was completed and I was told the everything else looks good. I had mentioned that one of the tire keeps getting tire pressure low warning before I dropped off the car. As soon as I left the service area I got the tire pressure warning sign and I had to return back. They found a nail on one of the tires which was not fixable. I had to wait more then hour and a half to get my car rechecked again and they told me that our part department is closed so I would have to come back to get the tire replaced. If the technician would have checked the tires properly they would have found the issue and resolve it before I came to pickup the car on Saturday and I don’t have to make an extra trip to get a new tire.

Initially I was led to believe my service could be completed the same. When I was informed late in the day that a part needed to be ordered, and that all the other work would be completed and all that would be left would installing the ordered part. Then it got to be the middle of the afternoon the next day and it still wasn't ready.Secondly, when I originally brought the car in with a window control issue, the seat memory was working fine. When I picked up afterwards, the seat memory was broken. There seemed to be no acknowledgement that the seat memory was broken while in your care. The diagnosed why the seat memory didn't work and I had to pay for a new window control module.

Excellent!Melanie coordinated all the necessary steps for my Odyssey’s repairs and arranging a Loaner car.Mechanically, the van is running fine. Everything was completed on time as promised.
