I was having maintenance done on my car and it was a very pleasant experience. Tyler was very nice and was keeping me informed every step of the way.

Service advisor, Tim Tran, was great as usual. However, I was not expecting a 4 hour wait for a scheduled appointment for an oil change. Also, the technician that worked on my vehicle did not put in the engine air filter back properly

Dylan Flatt is a gem of a service agent. Good communication skills, follows up with you as you wait for the service completion, and has a broad understanding of what each service is comprised of. I switched my other Honda vehicles over to use him as well
