Ethan was great and the service fast even in a crowded Saturday.

Svc rep was great at keeping me up to date. However, took 4 hrs even though I had appt to get oil change and smog.

All work was completed in the designated time and my Service Advisor Melanie Flowers kept me informed on the progress throughout the day.

Overall it was an okay experience, the information that is listed on your website is different than what I was told during check-in. Express service needs an appointment but on the website it states no appointment is necessary. That rubbed me the wrong way from the start but I needed an oil change. Secondly, since I didn't think I needed an appointment and I showed up without one, it took nearly 3 hours for me to get an oil change. Not unacceptable but definitely inconvenient.
