Took care of the problem

I scheduled my appointment one week in advance and noted that I would wait on-site for the service. However, it took 2.5 hours after check-in for my car to even be inspected. I was not informed beforehand that there would be any delay. When I asked for an ETA, I was told it would be an “all-day” timeframe.I requested a loaner vehicle, but was told none were available, which required me to call an Uber. I also used the tracking app to check the status of my vehicle, but it was not updated throughout the process. Even when I received a call that the vehicle was ready, the tracker still indicated that it was being inspected.I visit this service center frequently and have never experienced this issue before. Ryen was kind throughout the interaction, but the overall service experience was disappointing.
