I came in for oil change and a tire rotation, which is included in my 2-year service plan. The rotation was done properly, but I was surprised to be charged a high amount for the alignment. I initially thought alignment was included with the rotation. Overall service was okay, but pricing transparency needs improvement.

I came for an oil change and also a concern with delayed acceleration. They diagnosed and fixed the issue. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because I was there for over four hours. My service advisor, Darwin, was great. He explained everything clearly, and had the technician finish my vehicle sooner than originally expected when he learned I had to pick up my kids from school.
