Overall good experience, but I would’ve given 5 stars if I didn’t have to bring my vehicle back for service the day after I picked up.My husband found documentation that my vehicle battery had been replaced by Honda and was still under warranty. We think your service department could’ve looked it up in the service record and informed us of that the first time that our vehicle was left for service on 10/30-10/31/25 rather than us having to discover that and have to drop our vehicle off a second time on 11/1 for the battery to be replaced.

I waited in a nice lobby while an oil change was being performed. I'm glad they honored the discount I found online even though there was a bit of a mixup with me having to reiterate that I would like the discount from the web to be applied.They even applied a complimentary wash. Thanks again!

My oil change was scheduled for 7:00am. Cheryl Kennedy (my service advisor) greeted me and located my appointment on her tablet within seconds - I appreciate her warm welcome and efficiency. She explained the process and how long the service would roughly take. Cheryl also showed me the waiting area which I’m familiar with since I’ve visited the dealership many times before.A text was sent to my phone with a link to follow the service progress - that’s a nice self-service feature. Once the oil change was completed and the car was washed, Cheryl came to the waiting area to let me know that the car is ready. It took exactly the time that Cheryl estimated to finish the service - great job in estimating that!Overall it was an excellent experience. Thank you Cheryl for a 5-star customer service! Highly recommended for anyone who needs to talk to a service advisor!

Uy provided excellent service as usual however I had to wait for 3 hrs. This was on a Saturday morning so I guess this should have been expected.
