I had my transmission go out. We took it to David McDavid Honda Frisco. They replace it in a timely manner. It cost us over $6,000. They gave us a full inspection of things that needed to get done. We took it to our local trusted mechanic for a timing belt replace. The mechanic found multiple nuts and bolts 90% loose on the parts David McDavid replaced with the transmission. This could have gone very wrong quick if we did not take it in. We wrote a email and attached pictures and videos of what was wrong to the person who had been handling our situation. She responded back to asking what was the issues. We responded back with the issues and referred her back to the email with videos and photos. It has been 3 weeks and we still have not gotten a response. Please be careful when taking your vehicle in and ask them to double check anything they may have missed.
